Visa Request

If you need a VISA, we will send you by email a letter of invitation to support your application.

Requests should be addressed to visarequest@chem2dmatconf.org

Chem2Dmatconf2019 organization will not contact directly consulates or embassies.

Letters will be sent by e-mail only – if an original is needed, shipping costs should be paid by the applicant.

Invoice Request

If you need an invoice, we will send it to you by email.

Requests should be addressed to invoices@phantomsnet.net

Invoices will be sent on behalf of a legal person (university or company) without VAT (except Spain). If an invoice is requested by a natural person, the VAT should be added.
